Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a 25% cancellation fee.
Groupon Clients: The Groupon redemption code will be used in place of the 25% cancellation fee for late cancellations or missed appointments.
Late Arrivals:
If you arrive 10–15 minutes late without notifying Pure Relief BodyWrx, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled at the therapist’s discretion to avoid disrupting other clients.
